Had my hair cut this afternoon by Amy. I have been here 3 times before and have always gotten good haircuts. Amy was horrible. Told her it had to cover the top of my ears and come down to the collar of my shirt. Pretty simple instructions. Amy didn't cut my hair at all. She wetted my hair and that was about all she did! She took maybe 1/8" off of my hair all over. I guess she thinks that the collar of a shirt is where the shoulders are because the back of my hair is way past my shirt collar. If it wasn't the significant weight change in my wallet after paying to have my hair wetted, I wouldn't be able to tell if my hair got cut (and it didn't) or not. $30 for water put on my hair. NEVER ALLOW AMY TO PROVIDE SERVICE BECAUSE SHE HASN'T A CLUE!!!!

Treated badly the worst I was standing in line and someone walked in behind me and the stylist that was skinny ignored me so I walked out never going back it’s just wrong

Terrible asked for an inch off the top and 1 on the side. I now have terrible fade which I didn’t ask for and one side of my hair is like half inch long worst haircut ever. She doesn’t know how to cut hair and is terrible at her job.(Priscilla)
